Biology Students Conduct Experiments with Students from St. Bonaventure College and High School

The service learning in the course of BIOL4015 Fermentation and Enzyme Technology was carried out on 3 December 2021 (Friday). Students from St. Bonaventure College and High School came to HKBU and conducted various experiments under the guidance of students from the Department of Biology who took BIOL4015. Biology students explored scientific theories on enzyme and fermentation by means of food like yogurt drinks and peels with the high school students. They patiently coached and explained the procedures to the young learners. All of the participants had great fun.
